Shipping

Free Shiiping for all orders above $150USD.

All products will be shipped from our production and manufacturing team in Taiwan.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. 

Due to COVID- 19, our carriers have been experiencing slight delays in shipping, so please allow for 5-9 business days (Monday thru Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) for your orders to arrive. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!

Local import duty, taxes or customs clearance are not included in our prices and are expected upon the arrival of your order.

Returns

We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, from how they fit to how they perform. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll find a solution for you. Most of our products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after purchase. . Returns will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit. However, all return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  

Defective / Damaged Products: 
All the products given to the carrier are and remain in an excellent state. We attach particular importance to the quality of our products and we are very attentive to the opinions of our customers. The buyer must inform us by email at sales@tranzend.co.uk. Our customer service will reply to you and inform you of the process that follows.
